福島県初となる米を原料としたクラフトライスウオッカです。
高知県産ゆず果皮を漬け込んだゆずの風味とクリアな味わいが特徴のゆずウオッカです。
カクテルベースとしても最適で、お手軽にソーダ割もおススメです。

■ウオッカとは？
ウオッカと名乗る国際ルールは、白樺炭で濾過することです。
日本では蒸留酒を白樺炭で濾過すると、ウオッカ（品名）と名乗れます。
※品目はスピリッツになります。

■ねっかウオッカはエシカルなお酒
ねっかのウオッカは、今まで「ねっか」にならず酒粕としていた部分を、2 回蒸留し度数を
高めて、ベースとなるスピリッツを製造しています。
また、ゆずねっかウオッカは、本来捨ててしまうゆずを絞った後の果皮を漬け込むことで、
透明感のあるゆずの香りが爽やかなウオッカを生み出しています。
