米焼酎ねっか 2024年度蒸留 720ml

”ねっか”は、小さな町の日本一小さな蒸留所から生まれた米焼酎。蔵人たち自ら、先祖伝来の土地で丁寧に米を育て、森から湧き出づる水で仕込みました。「私たちの故郷がいつまでも故郷であり続けますように」と深い祈りを込めながら。そんな思いが、ひときわ香り高く、味わい深く、米焼酎とは思えない独特な世界を生み出しました。

※2019年度蒸留は、福島県ハイテクプラザ会津若松技術センターと共に、開発した自社酵母を使用しております。昨年以上に吟醸香が高く出ています。
