米焼酎蔵がつくる新しい日本の酒のご紹介
“ほぼ”日本酒のリキュール「HOBO Local」は、2025年第1弾の新作です！

ユネスコエコパークに認定された自然豊かな福島県只見町で、米焼酎「ねっか」をつくる「ねっか奥会津蒸留所」が手掛けました。日本酒の醸造技術と焼酎の独自の蒸留技術を融合させ、甘酒を添加する特許製法を採用しています。この新しい試みから生まれた「HOBO Local」は、米のみを原料としており、まったく新しい味わいを実現しました。

今年度の『HOBO Local』の造りを一任され、自由に作らせてもらいました。
寒い日におでんや鍋を肴に体の芯から温まるよう、熱燗向きな辛口に仕上げました。
70℃～80℃の上燗で燗上がりする酒質をお楽しみいただけたら幸いです。
