第2弾は、第1弾が好評だったため、今回も甘めに仕上げました♪

≪米焼酎蔵がつくる新しい日本の酒のご紹介≫
ユネスコエコパークに認定された自然豊かな福島県只見町で、米焼酎「ねっか」をつくる「ねっか奥会津蒸留所」が手掛けました。日本酒の醸造技術と焼酎の独自の蒸留技術を融合させ、甘酒を添加する特許製法を採用しています。この新しい試みから生まれた「HOBO Local」は、米のみを原料としており、まったく新しい味わいを実現しました。
