奥会津蒸留所限定『圃場限定　沖』 2021年度蒸留

農家だから出来る実験圃場での米つくり。
より良い米作りの為に、いろいろな品種を試しています。
2021年度蒸留では、圃場を限定したお米での酒造りとなっています。
沖圃場で栽培したのは、福島県では、まだほとんど栽培実績の無い米です。弊社実験圃場で栽培し、その米で仕込んだお酒になります。この米は、兵庫県で開発した酒造好適米で、日本酒でも酒つくりに適した品質で高い評価をうけています。しかしながら、晩稲の品種になるので、雪国では、稲刈り時期に、霜や降雪、低温などあまり適しません。私たちは、米農家として、人から聞いた話ではなく、自分たちで栽培することで、今栽培している品種のより良い酒米つくりに繋げて行きたいと考えています。
このお米で仕込んだこのお酒は、とても綺麗な味わいに仕上がりましたので、ぜひご賞味ください。
